We are seeking a visionary 2026 Future Tech Lead to spearhead our strategic roadmap. In this role, you will define the technological trajectory for the next phase of our digital evolution, integrating emerging technologies like AI, Quantum Readiness, and Spatial Computing.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on next-gen AI agents and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Architect scalable web and mobile solutions that bridge current capabilities with future demands.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to determine viability for enterprise adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering or product management.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, NLP) and Web3 protocols.
- Experience in Spatial Computing and 3D web environments.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
