This role blends strategic foresight with hands-on execution to position our company as a global innovation leader.
As a key member of our Advanced Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and startup incubators to identify emerging trends, validate disruptive technologies, and build actionable blueprints for 2026 and beyond. You'll lead cross-functional teams through the entire innovation lifecycle—from ideation to market deployment—while maintaining a pulse on geopolitical shifts, regulatory landscapes, and societal evolutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, venture capital firms, and industry disruptors
- Create predictive models for market disruption and competitive advantage in 2026+ landscapes
- Present innovation frameworks and executive briefings to stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation culture
- Monitor regulatory, ethical, and societal implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles with Fortune 500/tech companies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field required
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects implemented since 2020
