Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services valued at $50M+
- Strong systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
