Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation framework aligned with global market trends
- Lead AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech integration projects
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies for strategic adoption opportunities
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record scaling technology initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
- Global collaboration experience across 3+ continents
