- Lead cross-functional teams in launching 3+ disruptive products/services annually
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive patent strategy and IP development for future-facing technologies
- Mentor junior innovators through our Horizon Leadership Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, bio-integration, or metaverse ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred for global initiatives
