Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical vision for system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance standards for the future.
- Design Intelligent Systems: Architect complex, distributed systems that leverage AI and machine learning to optimize operational efficiency.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy: Oversee the migration and management of hybrid cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in high-performance languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or Java.
- AI Integration: Strong understanding of integrating AI/ML models into production infrastructure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
