As part of the Class of 2026 cohort, you will participate in a structured rotational program designed to expose you to various facets of our engineering organization. You will receive mentorship from senior engineers, attend exclusive leadership workshops, and have the autonomy to drive real-world projects to production.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define feature requirements and deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and uphold best engineering practices.
- Contribute to the architecture and optimization of our cloud-native infrastructure.
- Engage in rotational placements across different engineering pods (e.g., Frontend, Backend, DevOps, AI/ML) to broaden technical expertise.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Present project outcomes and technical findings to engineering leadership at the conclusion of each rotational cycle.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with software development concepts, including version control (Git), RESTful APIs, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset with a desire to learn new technologies quickly.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
