Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable software frameworks for autonomous vehicle perception, planning, and control systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver the 2026 product roadmap on time, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards in the autonomous sector.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge computing environments, ensuring real-time decision-making capabilities.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging hardware accelerators and sensor fusion technologies.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in autonomous systems, AI, or robotics.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, and ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, specifically Deep Reinforcement Learning and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of solving complex engineering problems in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
