Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and technology forecasting to identify disruptive trends.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Automation) into current workflows.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward innovation projects.
- Manage a portfolio of future-readiness pilots and transition successful concepts into production.
- Establish metrics for innovation success and report on progress to the board of directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of strategic foresight and successfully guiding organizations through significant technological shifts.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Digital Transformation trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup).
