Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for our flagship AI product line, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- Model Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
- System Optimization: Oversee the infrastructure required to train and deploy AI models at scale, focusing on latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Research & Prototyping: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI paradigms (e.g., multimodal AI, agentic workflows) and prototyping their application.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks for AI bias, data privacy, and ethical usage in line with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and product development.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience building and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama architectures).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
