Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive AI technology roadmap targeted for 2026 deployment.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, LLMs, and quantum computing models to integrate into our product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Oversee the ethical AI guidelines, ensuring all 2026 initiatives meet rigorous compliance and safety standards.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to translate complex AI capabilities into market-leading features.

Qualifications

- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast tech trends and build multi-year strategic roadmaps.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and growing technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
