Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive 2026 AI and machine learning technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to ensure future-proof scalability.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of advanced predictive models and generative AI systems.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and model security.
- Identify strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities to accelerate our 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML engineering, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex AI products to market.
- Deep understanding of modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and experience with P&L management or strategic budgeting.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
