Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the 2026 AI innovation roadmap across all product lines.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and paradigms for enterprise integration.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Establish ethical AI guidelines and ensure compliance with future regulatory frameworks.
- Partner with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Oversee the allocation of resources for R&D to maximize ROI on future tech investments.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI-driven products.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, neural networks, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and experience in strategic roadmapping.
