Responsibilities
- Architect and develop forward-compatible AI systems targeting 2026 enterprise standards and scalability requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and AI researchers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to align AI roadmaps with overarching business objectives.
- Drive the research, prototyping, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI agents.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, AI ethics, and responsible AI deployment across the organization.
- Monitor emerging AI trends and technologies to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge in the market.
- Oversee the allocation of compute resources and manage the AI department's budget effectively.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML development.
- Proven track record of taking machine learning models from research phase to production at scale.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience implementing AI governance, model evaluation, and safety protocols.
