Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness metrics
- Develop enterprise-wide AI ethics training programs for technical teams
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory panels
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI lifecycle
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for ethical compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulatory landscapes
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or AI ethics
- Experience with bias mitigation tools (IBM AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Strong background in machine learning model development
- Exceptional stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
