Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, sort, and organize inventory accurately using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred but training available).
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stock Maintenance: Monitor stock levels and restock shelves and storage areas as needed to prevent shortages.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a consistent work history.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
