- Machinery Operation: Safely operate standard industrial machinery, forklifts, or hand tools as required by the specific role.

- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and resolve minor issues.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be available for shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
