Responsibilities
- Perform General Duties: Assist with sorting, packing, and shipping packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using manual dollies or pallet jacks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe workspace.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free work area to ensure optimal workflow.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Inventory Support: Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends if required.
- Attitude: Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Documentation: Valid driver’s license and social security card for employment verification.
