Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for high-demand San Jose positions
- Manage end-to-end staffing processes including onboarding and payroll coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Silicon Valley
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging staffing trends in San Jose
- Collaborate with sales team to develop staffing solutions for enterprise clients
- Maintain compliance with California labor regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in candidate placement
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong knowledge of San Jose's job market and key industries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
