Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across diverse industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement using our proprietary ATS
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in high-demand sectors
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding logistics
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes to exceed placement targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment pipelines simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills for candidate assessment and market trend analysis
- Valid Virginia driver's license (client site visits required)
- Familiarity with Virginia Beach's healthcare, IT, and logistics sectors preferred
