Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments using handheld scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse zones
- Collaborate with weekend team to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Prepare shipments for delivery with proper labeling and documentation
Qualifications
- Available to work Friday-Sunday shifts (6 AM-2 PM) for 8-12 week assignments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Reliable transportation to North Wichita facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
