Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Workspace Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other associates to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and potentially weekday shifts during peak times.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not strictly required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and provide valid identification.
- Equipment: Forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain training.
