Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and label incoming shipments according to company standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA regulations
- Adapt to daily workflow changes and prioritize time-sensitive tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid California Driver's License (if operating company vehicles)
