Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts) to load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by organizing stock and removing damaged goods.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in order processing.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record.
