As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring the timely processing and organization of inventory to meet our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight trucks.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and organize stock using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as required.
- Assist in packing and shipping orders to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Reliable transportation and strict punctuality are essential.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
