Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock levels.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tucson facility.
