Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Maintain a pristine and organized warehouse floor, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks with speed and care, ensuring cargo security.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
