Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in quality control checks to verify product integrity.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
