Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Fort Worth facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
