Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with accuracy.
- Organize and maintain inventory stock to ensure warehouse readiness.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation to the Sacramento location.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
