Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage or designated areas using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders for delivery or shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse floor and streamline workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace in the Portland metro area.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime if needed.
