Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with supervision.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization as directed by supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for all roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to the Raleigh facility.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
