Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with 99% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming stock to ensure quality control.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Stock Organization: Maintain organized storage areas and restock shelves as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and report hazards immediately.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and paperwork related to shipments.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality record.
