Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments from trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure stock levels are organized.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic safety checks and cleaning of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified applicants.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
