Responsibilities
- Execute precise pick, pack, and ship operations to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe warehouse environment throughout the shift.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently, ensuring cargo security and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
- Adhere to all quality control protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
