Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from loading docks, trucks, and transporting vehicles.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor belts, following all safety protocols.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met and workflow remains uninterrupted.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent attendance record and punctuality are required.
