Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming stock and merchandise.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with strict adherence to quality standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required upon hiring).
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently during shift handovers.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly throughput goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid forklift certification preferred.
