Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and prepare them for shipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Material Handling: Sort, stack, and organize products efficiently to optimize warehouse flow.
- Equipment Operation: Learn to operate basic warehouse machinery (training provided).
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
- Work Ethic: Strong desire to learn and a commitment to showing up on time.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
