Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99% on-time delivery rates.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and verify inventory levels to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Assist team leads with special projects and daily operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
