Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks accurately and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping manifests and purchase orders.
- Organize stock in designated aisles to maintain a safe, orderly, and accessible warehouse.
- Operate handheld RF scanners to track inventory levels and update the system in real-time.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and staging orders for local and regional distribution.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and punctuality.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from our Philadelphia location.
