Responsibilities
- Manage efficient weekend inventory receiving, put-away, and order fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for weekend shipping deadlines
- Enforce safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Support warehouse optimization projects during weekend downtimes
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift operation experience
- OSHA Forklift certification required
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP/WMS)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
