Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and label products accurately for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
