Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety compliance
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with weekend team leads to achieve daily productivity targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital inventory management systems
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to North Oracle Rd location
- Availability for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
