Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Texas ID or Driver's License preferred.
- Basic computer skills for time tracking and inventory logging.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
