Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and sort incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory storage and tracking systems
- Perform quality checks and packaging of outgoing products
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Cleveland facility
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
