Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and label orders for same-day shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily quotas
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Florida driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments
