Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and verify inventory against manifests
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely weekend deliveries
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Perform cycle counts and assist with monthly audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (5 AM start)
