Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and label packages in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification) for material movement
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners and digital systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with weekend shift team to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper lifting techniques
- Complete quality control checks before product dispatch
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Pratt Street facility
- Ability to work independently while following team directives
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
