Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (rotating shifts if applicable).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not strictly required.
