As a temporary associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations, ensuring that our facilities run smoothly from Friday through Sunday. We prioritize safety, efficiency, and a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Perform loading and unloading of freight and materials safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon request).
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Verify and document incoming shipments and returns accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation to the San Diego location.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
